Lee McCormack, MA, BA (Hons), CEO/Founder, has been a successful industrial designer and entrepreneur for twelve years in the manufacturing and business development sectors. Lee graduated from Goldsmiths University of London, the most renowned Design and Arts University and in 2008 enrolled on the History and Theories MA at the Architectural Association.

Andrea Reynolds, Managing Director & Co-founder
Andrea Reynolds , ACA, BA (Econs), Managing Director, qualified with KPMG, Dublin in 1998. After managing several financial, manufacturing and aircraft leasing companies in the Audit Department, she moved to the UK Management Consultancy division focusing on client turnaround programmes and management buy-outs. Having run her own successful business development consultancy, Andrea joined the company full time in 2006.

Perry Darling - Co Founder
Dynamic 10-year sales career reflecting pioneering experience and record-breaking performance in the construction industry. After successfully managing several teams, and successfully meeting high targets, Perry joined us in 2006 where he has headed up our sales and marketing team, and taking our new and exciting product to the world market.

Darren Mennell – Co Founder
Longest serving member of the team and wearer of many hats during his tenure with the Group. Particularly good in crisis situations and always ready to go the extra mile to get the job done, now responsible for business development utilising his experience gained through many years in Sales Recruitment to build business globally.

Owen Batham Bsc (Hons), FIQ
Owen joined Formsquare in Jan 2009 bringing with him over 20 years experience in senior management positions throughout the UK and the United States. He brings with him a wealth of both operational and commercial knowledge and has a proven track record in running successful multi million pound manufacturing businesses. In his last position as the Chief Executive of Ennstone Concrete Products he led a team which delivered a dramatic improvement in the company’s fortunes based on building industry leading levels of customer service.
